Shipping Process

Authorized Wholesale generally uses UPS or the USPS for international orders to ship all customer orders. Generally all orders are shipped out within 48-72 hours after receipt of payment although most orders are shipped out with 24 hours depending upon our current workload and the time of day the payment was received.

Shipping quotes can be obtained for domestic orders only by adding items into the online shopping cart and entering in your shipping address including zip code on the checkout page. We use UPS Online Live Service to calculate the shipping charges.

Domestic Shipping: UPS Ground Service is our default shipping method for all domestic orders. If you placed your order online you will receive a shipping notification email once your order has shipped. For all other order methods tracking numbers will be made available upon request.

International Shipping: The USPS (United States Postal Service) is our default shipping method for most International shipments. The USPS normally offers up to 3 different shipping options. We normally provide you with at least two cheapest quotes available. After you choose your shipping method we will email your invoice and payment instructions. After payment is received and your order ships, we will email you a tracking number for your shipment. Shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges imposed by your country. Buyers should familiarize themselves with any additional charges that are not covered as part of our standard shipping charges.
