We only sell Current line Product unless stated last season. Every brand you see on our site has authorized us to be a distributor.

Do I need to set up an account with your company?

Each brand we carry allows us to take on 240 costumers/accounts per brand.

Place your orders & if we can not take on more costumers per specific brand, we will notify you .

Once you purchase a specific brand, you automatically become an authorized party for that brand &

if you do not make a second purchase for that brand within 1 month your spot is filled by the next buyer on the waiting list.

Our business hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. If you are calling during these hours and cannot reach a customer support associate they are likely helping other customers so please remember to leave them a short but detailed message so that they may return your call. Please include your full name, phone number, nature of your call. If calling after our posted business hours your call will be returned promptly the following morning of the next business day.

Can I be notified of new product arrivals and sale items and what are the benefits of getting on your mailing list?

You can become a subscriber to our email list. Once you are a subscriber you will receive periodic email updates concerning new product arrivals, sale announcements, closeout specials and more. We operate our business by the following model:

Once we get a new product in, we notify our email subscribers with new product updates right away before product gets posted on our website. We post the new product on our website only after our mailing list customers were notified about it. Please, join our mailing list to get full benefits of getting information about new product before it gets listed on our website.

What are your minimum order requirements?

Our minimum order is 6 to 12 pcs of each style depending on the item.

Can I purchase smaller quantity, sample lot or just 1 item?

We do not sell items in smaller quantities, mixed packs, or specific sizes unless it states on the item information page. The reason we offer such great prices is that we sell in bulk. Our minimum quantity is already very low. We offer minimum of 6 pcs for most of the product we sell so there is no need for samples.

Can I choose my own sizes and colors?

We do not offer to choose your own sizes. Every size scale we use in our pre-packs is strictly based upon the manufacturer’s scales which normally consist of a full range of sizes where they are generally less of the smallest and largest sizes and more of the mid range sizes. We follow these scales so that every customer gets a complete full range of sizes which is what the manufacturers intended in the first place.

How do I pay for my order?

Domestic Orders:
We use Quick Books Merchant Solution to accept the following online payment methods: Visa, MasterCard Only.
The following payment methods are also accepted:

• Cashier’s Check
• Check (Personal or Business- requires 7 business days to clear)
• Money order
• Wire Transfer
• Western Union

International Orders:
For orders originating from or being delivered to anywhere outside of the USA, we only accept:

• Cashier’s Check
• Money order
• Wire Transfer
• Western Union

How do you ship your product and how long does it take to receive my order after I paid for the merchandise?

Authorized Wholesale generally uses UPS or the USPS for international orders to ship all customer orders. Generally all orders are shipped out within 48 hours after receipt of payment although most orders are shipped out within 24 hours depending upon our current workload and the time of day the payment was received. It normally takes 3 to 5 business days to be delivered.

Where can I obtain a shipping quote?

Domestic Shipping: UPS Ground Service is our default shipping method for all domestic orders. Tracking numbers will be made available upon request.

 International Shipping: The USPS (United States Postal Service) is our default shipping method for most International shipments. The USPS normally offers up to 3 different shipping options. We normally provide you with at least two cheapest quotes available. After you choose your shipping method we will email your invoice and payment instructions. After payment is received and your order ships, a tracking number for your shipment will be available. Shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges imposed by your country. Buyers should familiarize themselves with any additional charges that are not covered as part of our standard shipping charges.

Can I return the product I do not like?

Returns are allowed for exchange or credit incase product is damaged or shipped incorrectly.

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving goods and get a return authorization number (R.A.N.) by phone or email.

All non-confirmed returns will be refused. Accounts which refuse or cancel requested shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
